Is shopping online secure?

Do you have a catalog?

To keep our cost low and give you immediate access to new arrivals and sales our 'Online Catalog' is our only catalog and the best way to view all our products.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express processed through PayPal , you do not have to have a PayPal account to make a purchase.   If you prefer not to use PayPal we also accept Discover Credit Card, just select Debit/Credit Card as you payment method in the shopping cart. You will then be taken to our secure server to collect your information securely using encrupted SSL technology to complete your purchase.  

When will my order be shipped?

All online orders for in stock merchandise are normally processed within 48-72 hours during normal business hours.  Busy seasons and holidays may take a little longer. Please allow 4-6 weeks for Special/Custom Orders. If item is out-of-stock you will be notified of backorder status and your choice to cancel or wait for your item. Delivery times vary depending zone and carriers.  We are not responsible for carrier transit times as these issues are beyond our control. Orders are shipped using the most reputable carriers, typically USPS, UPS, FedX, or Common Freight Carriers for heavier items. Please refer to our Shipping section for estimated shipping times. Need your item quick, just contact us for available Express shipping methods with estimates on cost.


Can my order be shipped to a different address?

Yes, in most circumstances. Gift certificates and other gift purchases can be sent to your recipient with a gift card.  All addresses are verified before shipment is made.  Available to US only. Sorry, but for verification and to assure delivery, no P. O. boxes, no APO or general delivery are allowed.  During checkout customers enter their address under Billing Address and must match address of payment method.  Gift recipient's address should be enter under Shipping Address during checkout. Free gift wrapping is available for gift orders.  Just fill out the 'Special Request/Comments' section upon checkout specifying 'free gift wrap', occasion, and any other information you wish specified on gift card. We recommended you notified your gift recipient that they have a surprise coming as they might refused acceptance thinking there has been an error. If item is returned you will incur additional shipping charges to re-ship item.  

Where can my order be shipped?

We ship to United States and Worldwide...where available.
All international guidelines and regulations will be followed. International buyers are responsible for all custom charges, taxes, license requirements and fees. All international shipments must be to address as registered with PayPal. No all items are available for shipping internationally.

What if my package arrives damaged or gets lost?


We use only the most reputable carriers. In the rare instance of damage all packages are shipped insured. Please inspect packages upon arrival and immediately report any damage to carrier. All claims for damage/loss can be filed with carrier. Please keep all packaging and receipts as they are necessary for filing your claim. If you need assistance please contact us and we will be glad to assist you.

 
Do you have a guarantee?

Yes, if you are not satisfied with your purchase you may request a RMA# for return. Returns must be received within 7 days of receipt. Authorized returns will be issued a refund, or store credit for your purchase, minus any shipping/handling charges, and a 20% restocking fee to cover our costs.  All request for return must be received within 24 hours of receipt of your order. All items must be returned undamaged, unopened in original packaging, in the same condition as it left our store. No return will be accepted without prior request and RMA#. All returns must be returned to us insured with tracking. Exceptions: Due to health regulations jewelry, perishables, gift baskets, food items, personal items and custom/special order items, are non-returnable/non-refundable.
